Questions we get asked.
Honestly, is this more expensive than what I use now?
Than the $150 photo guy or the shooter your brokerage provides, usually yes. What you get for it is a full media package instead of a folder of photos: video, drone, floor plan, 3D tour, a branded listing website, a traffic report for your seller, and a marketing kit. One listing that sells faster, or for more, pays for the difference several times over. Pricing appears in the order flow and adjusts to square footage, so you always see the number before you confirm.
How fast do I get everything back?
A 24-hour average turnaround on the full package. Shoot Wednesday, live Thursday.
Where is pricing on the site?
Inside the order flow, because it depends on square footage and the services you choose. You will see the full total before you book anything.
When do I pay for the media?
By default, payment is due when you download the media. Agents can also choose Pay at Close at checkout, handled through our partner Titus, so nothing comes out of pocket before the commission does.
Pay at Close FAQs
How do I set up pay at close?
Order the way you normally would, then select Pay at Close on the payment step. You enter a phone number, complete a short application with Titus, and finish checking out once you are approved. It happens inside the same order, so there is no separate process to chase.
Will applying for pay at close affect my credit score?
No. Titus runs a soft credit check when you apply, which does not affect your score. Your credit is only affected if you fail to repay once the funds are due.
Who qualifies?
Agents with an active license in the state and a signed listing agreement for the property, subject to a credit threshold that varies by state. Land, commercial properties, and manufactured homes are not eligible. You can see whether you qualify before you check out.
What does pay at close cost?
A fee is added to the amount you repay, and your rate is shown to you before you commit to anything. You only pay back what you actually use.
When is the balance due?
At whichever comes first: the home sells, the listing is canceled or withdrawn, or six months pass. Most agents repay straight through escrow, and you can also repay early at any time from your Titus account.
What if the home does not sell?
If it has not sold by the time the balance is due, you can repay in one payment or move to an installment plan with Titus. Plans that run past the original due date can carry additional fees.
I am not great with computers. Is ordering complicated?
It is as easy as; address, services, date, done. We also keep short walk-through videos on the Client Tools page, and you can always call us and we will place it with you.
Are you insured and licensed to fly?
Yes. Fully insured, and FAA Part 107 certified and licensed for all drone work.
Do I need to be at the shoot?
Only if you want to be. We are comfortable working with the homeowner directly, and we have reviews from homeowners that show we represent you well while we are there as part of your team.
How far do you travel?
Across the Lakes Region and southern New Hampshire as a matter of course, with parts of Maine and Vermont by arrangement. See the coverage area, or just ask.
